Ms. Shradha Nalamwar is International Sports Shooter and Shiv Chhatrapati Awardee. She along with Ms. Monali Gorhe trained under Bam sir and shared his vision for making sports accessible to everyone, regardless of their background.

After sudden unfortunate demise of Ms. Monali, Ms. Shradha suffered the pain of not only loosing a training partner but a dearest friend. Through this tough times, she found strength in the vision they all shared together.

Under Ms. Shraddha’s guidance and Bam sir’s blessing, on _____, the Monali Gorhe Foundation was founded to continue Ms. Monali’s lifelong dream of helping athletes in their journey of sport.
