Our Culture
Life is like soccer, we need GOALS.
To identify and recruit sports talent at an early stage, especially in rural areas and develop a sustainable environment to train and nurture the same through trained professionals and well-equipped infrastructure.
To construct a fully functioning sports complex with state of the art facilities for athletes and coaches to develop the skills of their sport, compete and achieve their goals. To actively seek out and identify talent specifically from the rural areas and develop athletes through training, mentorship and opportunities to compete at the highest levels in their sports

For a country to have medalists, talent has to be identified all the way from grassroot levels. The process of doing so, that talent as well as the athletes need support.
We take pride in training under knowledgeable and qualified coaches. We want to make sure we train athletes to be able to compete at elite levels.
Proudly affiliated with some of the best training clubs and institutes in respective sports such as shooting and archery..
We are building a community that identifies, helps, supports and promotes talent regardless of the background and at an as early stage as possible.
We try our best to bring the best level of equipment and guidance to the athletes from a very early stage of training. We emphasize on providing resources to nurture the athlete on every level possible.
